Great product, Service not so great
The product we bought works and looks great. Very satisfied with the product.
BUT the initial shipment failed to include any products; only a shipping packing list! That's all the shipment was: a piece of paper!
THEN the followup service was mixed: Several days passed before anyone responded to my email, BUT very quick response to my phone call. The person I talked to was kind and apologized for the empty shipment. A new product was shipped promptly and arrived in good shape. So, it all worked out in the end, despite a week-long delay in receiving the product.
