After spending over $ 3,000.00 for 2 overpriced, Duravit Bidet Toilet seats, I had the worst experience. Keep in mind that these seats do not have a built-in fan or heated seats which their competitors offer for less than $ 250.00 To give you an idea, these 2 seats were installed in a brand-new 4-million-dollar house which was less than 2 years old. The problem started when I was unable to produce the receipt. However, I sent them a copy of my (Certificate of Occupancy) and the serial numbers of both seats which could have been verified through their production line to when they were built. The main problem arose when I was forced to buy the bidet toilet seats from Duravit because they were wall hung toilets and wouldn't accept any other competitor brand seats since the water tanks were built in the walls. It should also be noted that all the other toilets throughout the house are unblemished and that only the bidet toilet seat hinges had the problem. I would not recommend anyone to buy these seats since Duravit does not stand behind their product.
