The MA-15S motor actuators are easy to install, easy to wire up, and come with a 5 year warranty. The superior design insures long life and no maintenance. The Motor can be oriented in any position in a conditioned area. The UL Listed Motor Actuator is a 24vac 3 wire power open & power close type rated at 18 inch lbs. of torque and 15 second travel time. It includes an integrated wiring terminal block, and a NEMA1 rated housing. Dual End-Stop adjustments allow for a maximum Open and Minimum Close field position capability. A positional arrow is also included that provides visual indication of blade travel. Optional Model S1A, Auxiliary end-switch can be added if required.

Not very sturdy
I've got 6 dampers with this actuator from EWC. After 4 years of use, half of them are broken. Disassembling them, it appears that internals are cheaply made out of plastic. As a result, teeth on the plastic wheels break off and the actuator starts to malfunction (i.e. click and lock in closed position). This in turn may lead to your furnace overheating and entering an emergency mode. The warranty is 5 years on these (just make sure not to disassemble or EWC refuses to replace), so you might be able to get a replacement. However, I would recommend looking into more reputable manufacturers with sturdy products to save yourself some headache in the future.

Two different actuators sent with same model number.
After receiving the wrong dampers recommended by your company, I had to purchase the correct actuators to replace the ones I had that I could not be returned. I received two different actuators with different specs and different configurations. I returned the "cheaper" looking one only to have it shipped back to me. When talking to the tech at EWC I was informed that there was a change of manufacturers but both would work. The actuators only open and never close. This kind of defeats the purpose of having a 2 zone system. This was a waste of money and a waste of my time. Totally disappointed.
