Absolutely Terrible Length
The idea is great, but 13 feet is not a good length at all. The product should be 17 feet long, because a standard line set is manufactured to be 16 feet in most Chinese mini split systems. A straight piece of line set 16 feet long is very easy to load with this product, so there is no reason to make it only 13 feet long... If the product were 17 feet long, you could start at the far end, make your first bend, then partially pull out, and continue to make your bends as you pull the product out.
With it being 13 feet, you have to work from both ends, which isn't workable in some situations, resulting in you not being able to make certain bends with the product, which defeats the purpose of owning it.
