It works well

This actuator was simple to install and is working well. I hope it lasts longer than the last one which died at the 4 year mark.

Perfect replacement to faulty actuator

Product was a perfect fit replacement for a valve actuator that was working intermittently (and having me wake up to a freezing first floor zone). Simpe installation instructions, a quick 10 minutes of work (basic handyman-level skills required), and now my house is predictably warm in the morning.

Exactly What I ordered.

I had one of my heating zone circulators go bad on me. Lasted about 9 years from when the boiler was installed new. So, I found SupplyHouse using Google and they had what I needed. I ordered three of them. One to replace the broken unit and two more as backup in case another one goes bad. The price was right, and it came quickly.

Q: I noticed after the service man cleaned my boiler the 2 zone valve levers are set on Actuator instead of Open. Is this setting correct? I have an EK2000 model F-1 boiler with 2 Erie zone valves AG13A030.

Setting the zone valve to actuator would mean that it opens and closes based on the thermostat's calls for heat. Open would mean that it remains fully open all the time, regardless of temperature change in the zone.
