Misleading valve. Terrible engineering
While the valve body is 1-1/4 in size, internal geometry for absolutely no reason whatsoever (besides the complete imbecility of the engineer) is 1/2"...
So, what is the point of a 1-1/4" connection if you will make a 1/2" effective diameter?.. Engineers at their best, as usual.
