The service is the shining point of this transaction. When I opened the box of my ventilation fan, the electrical box cover was missing. Gregory V answered the phone. Once he verified the fan purchased in my original order, he shipped a replacement cover. Highly professional, pleasant and professional. When I need ventilation fans and ducts, I come to you.
