Supply House made me give them model # and serial # in order to make sure they sent the correct piece. The circuit board came enclosed in an anti-static pouch. The shipment included step-by-step instructions for removing the old board and installing the new board, complete with photos in which the items mentioned in the instructions had been circled. The instructions were very clear, the installation went smoothly (requiring only pliers and screw driver), and the unit again operates the way it is supposed to.
Q: Is this an updated control board or identical the original factory unit? Spending $150-$200 a year on various parts for my Fantech HRV is getting old. I might purchase new unit from a different manufacturer if it's not an updated control board that will fail in a couple years or less.

Hi Jimmy, thanks for writing in. This is an OEM Fantech control board made for specific models of their recovery ventilation units.
