Product was fine; packaging was not!
Someone needs to revamp how an item is shipped out. Oversized boxes 10X the size is wasteful. Making sure the item doesn't shift around should be done. If I could put this specialized item anywhere else, I would have gone a different way.

It is not Supply House's fault, but these filters are severely overpriced, Unfortunately i looked on the web and nobody carries an aftermarket alternative.
