No, you just get the extension, the object on the right shows the power vent the item on the left is the extension.

You Get the extension only which is the left half of the picture shown. The right side of the picture is the swg power venter kit which is only long enough for walls up to 8 inches thick. So if your wall is thicker than 8 inches you will need this extension.
