I ordered this product online at 5:30 pm eastern time and it arrived the next day at 3:00 pm eastern time using fast track which was available in my area. That was amazing it arrived so soon. The product was great and I was able to do the job. There was one issue - I had a 6 inch round hole going into my basement. The picture on the website and even in the documentation inside the package showed a 6 inch round pipe connected to the vent hood. There was a 6 inch round pipe but it was enclosed in a 7 inch square case which was riveted on. I had to cut the 6 inch round hole into a 7 inch square which wasn't easy. That is the only issue in the whole process. It would have been a lot easier if it just came the way the picture showed it. I still give the website a 10 for my overall satisfaction.

I own a heating & air company in Alabama. My crew was working on a duct work project that needed this style vent hood. I spent over an hour contacting all of my distributors to locate this hood.
