The Fireye MEP300, MEP304, MEP335 and MEP397 Programmer Modules are used with the Fireye
Modular MicroM control. The MEP300 series programmers provide additional enhancements such as
early spark termination, pilot proving and interrupted or intermittent pilot operation. These programmers
must be used with the MEC320 and MEC480 series chassis. The programmer module incorporates a plugin
design for easy installation.
The advantages of the Micro M are zero dependence on discrete components previously used for timing
functions. The MicroM, through the use of micro-controller technology, incorporates smart diagnostic
LED’s, smart reset function for multi-burner applications, optional alpha-numeric display output (ED510)
and serial communications via a Modbus Interface. A “check-run” switch is provided on the MEP397 programmer
module to assist in testing size and stabilization of the pilot.
Flame Failure Response Time (FFRT) is determined by the selection of the amplifier module. Test jacks
are also provided on the flame amplifier module to permit flame signal measurement during operation.
