Tight construction and smooth adjustment
Used a part of a range hood installation. Transitioned from the vertical vent stack to the rain cap on the sloped roof. This elbow made it easy to match the angles.
The joints in the elbow sealed quite well while being loose enough to rotate the segments while obtaining the correct angle.
Female end was correctly sized to join with the main vent stack. Had to make fluting deeper on the male end to fit the roof flashing but that was most likely due to the flashing collar being undersized.
