I wanted to share my positive experience with the JM-1000 mini tool box jetter. Before purchasing this machine, I often struggled with cleaning kitchen drains due to the inability of traditional tools to effectively remove grease buildup. However, since using this jetter, my work has been much more efficient and successful. The JM-1000 has proven to be a reliable and effective tool, working flawlessly in clearing drain lines. I have found this to be a great and useful little addition to our residential drain cleaning tools. It is compact, works well on residential 1-1/2 to 3" kitchen arms. Haven't tried it on 3 or 4", but I'm sure it would work ok. Convenient with the angle stop connection and 15v plug. Will probably be buying more to put in the rest of our trucks.

On my 3rd machine in 1 month…first one stopped putting out pressure. Second one started sparking and smoking. Waiting on it to be replaced by a third machine-hoping for the best because this would be a great tool if I can get one that is reliable.

Works as it should. Great to have everything you need all in a compact toolbox size box to fit on the truck or van easily. It's sturdy. The unit never failed to unclog the drain. Have had to sometimes run it twice due to the customer having lots of hair causing the clog but gets it eventually. If the magnitude of the clog is more serious like in the main sewage line then it's above what this unit is designed and will usually require a trailered it portable gas powered jetter or snake to be used. But in regard to what this unit is designed for it works FANTASTIC! (The person that left a 1 star review under the name plumberlord saying the jetter motor burned up in 5 minutes is most likely a hack job unlicensed wanna be plumber handman that probably should not be doing plumbing. It's common sense to prime a pump an ensure the pump has water in it and you can almost bet he ran/started it without water in it or going to it on start up. That's the only way you destroy pumps an we all know this as plumbers. His name should be dumblord not plumblord. Stick to easy homeowners helper jobs like changing lightbulbs and plugging in washer an dryers since your not suited for doing legitimate trades that we all go and get licensed to be in.) Do your diligence before purchasing this jetter. This is built very cheaply. I bought this jetter recently and found that the Jetter hose connection to the unit leaks, and no matter how tight it is it still leaks. The fitting is not made for 1500PSI. This unit pump motor burned out 5 minutes into jetting. I thought maybe I did not operate correctly, however, after reading the instructions and contacting the manufacture. The verdict was i was operating correctly, and the unit was faulty. I received a replacement, and the same fitting leaked and the motor burned out after jetting for no more tan 10 minutes. I was issued a refund, thank to the great customer service at SupplyHouse.com, i decided to go with a better-built jetter from a different manufacture.

I bought the Mini Jetter and a great price and it works like it should. Extra packaging helped a lot to keep my product safe and usable! I recommend getting one from the supply house for they have good customer service and quality brand names. Thank you Supply House!

I've use this jetter countless times. Perfect for kitchen grease blockage's, tubs/showers and even clearing a main 3". You can connect a 3/8" x 1/2" supply hose then use a 1/2" by 3/4" nipple to use use water from an angle stop instead of running a garden hose through a house. Now the only down side is that this is a jetter. So you will get lots of backsplash and would need to keep a bucket and wet vac nearby in case any of the water comes out. Another trick you could do is use a teecone plug and drill a hole through it for the jetter tip, then keep a rag on the line and this will prevent you from having backsplash until the line is cleared. The pulsing mode on those machine also helps a lot for tough clogs. I've yet encountered a clog where this machine could not get rid of. It would be cool if general made a tip with a chain knocker that spins using the water pressure. Also pro tip, make sure you keep the screens on the inlets, and you have some paper clips or a small needle, as some water calcium/debris can clog up the heads of the jetter. - Cesar with Leak Troopers LLC
