The original supervee with case we purchased was defective. Supply house was great in the return. They sent me a shipping label and I took it to UPS. The replacement was backordered so it was about a month turn around. They sent the supervee but forgot to send it with the case. I had to contact customer service again to inform them of their error. They sent out the case and we received it the next week. The whole process was a bit long but the customer service is top notch!!
