Didn't match factory part
Not your fault, but the part number in your records didn't match the part. Big difference. Turns out the part isn't available anywhere right now. Had to go with a hit or miss motor assembly locally. But more importantly, your staff went over & beyond to try and find me a motor assembly that would work. Thanks for trying, it was a no win game
