2 Speed Blower Motor, 3/4 HP, B13400208S

This came in a single long box, and there were only a couple of very deflated air bags in there with it. OMGosh, every thing was so tumbled and thrashed inside the box! By the time it arrived, I actually didn't recognize the motor braket strap, when I extracted it from the box. The legs and bushings survived though. And oly a little of the insulation on one wire was stipped away. But as for the motor band? Well I tried my level best to reshape the band enough to mount the new arms, but it was hopeless. By the time I gave up on the new band, and finally managed to remove the rusty old band, from the old motor, to use it instead, I had doubled my normal service call time. I had to eat that loss, so the motor actually cost me about double. There was very little profit on this job. All that attic time for mostly nothing! I love SupplyHouse. Their products are outstanding, and I will still always use them for everything except motors in the future. I will however have to source motors elsewhere, until the shipping and packing department start showing the same level of excellence as the rest of the company. I'm so sorry SupplyHouse, I love you guys, but we just can't take those kind of hits. Maybe if the guys in shipping, knew how badly they impact the company, they would change. Larry. AC Tech.
