Please test your part prior to installation!!
The contacts on my old contactor switch were shot. After installing the contactor switch from Supply House, the contacts would still not engage even after verifying that the correct voltage was being supplied to the coil. After much troubleshooting, it was determined that the coil in the new contactor switch was 'open' (OL) when testing for its resistance. In lieu of sending the part back and waiting a few days for a new one, I ended up replacing the 'new' coil in the contactor switch with the functioning coil from my old part. New contactor switch with old coil works just fine. Not sure how this slipped through any QA checks before shipping. Part was a perfect fit, but save yourself some time and headaches by verifying the coil before you install this part!

DOA - Seems like they have a bad batch
Against my better judgement based upon the reviews I ordered this part and it was DOA. I went ahead and ordered the C125A instead. It is cheaper and should arrive tomorrow.
Supply House did refund my money and did not want the defective item returned, so 5-stars to them.

If i could rate zero stars, i would. Product is extremely inferior and cheaply made junk. Contactor was defective immediately from box and you even charged me to get a refund from you when the problem was 100 % on you.

Defective part
We ordered a switch for our air conditioner and after it was installed determined it was defective as it did not correct the issue. I emailed the company with no response. We purchased the exact part locally and the AC is now working fine
