Exact replacement part
It was the right replacement, but one caveat. I had to replace both the motor and the board, and as a result they needed their shared data reloaded. Neither would work until I did this. There is a plug-in Bluetooth device that can do that with their app, but I was able to plug in the old damaged motor and amazingly it loaded its share data into the board and then the board worked with a new motor. This seems to be true of many Goodman / Amana HVAC products. But it is working beautifully!
