Great Service & Right on Time
I operate an HOA community and we had a number of PTAC units fail around the 5 year mark. I had them diagnosed and was provided with a cost for parts that was more than twice the amount for each part in addition to labor. I took my repair business to a another HVAC company who authorized me to order the parts myself, providing a substantial savings. The parts arrived on time and worked great, getting the PTAC units up and running again.
We will use Supply House again in the future.

Installed in 15 minutes and fixed the issue!
The new board fixed our dead PTAC. The PTAC would turn on for a few minutes then shut off and display the error code that's not an error code: nA (or nR?). Not really an error code I guess since it doesn't show up as a diagnostic code, and is not listed in the manual. Also note that I replaced the fan motor first, which oddly changed the behavior from not running at all, to running for a while then shutting down. I'm not sure if the old motor was bad or not.

My Amana PTAC Unit is Up and Running Again!
My technician advised me that the circuit board in my Amana PTAC Unit was faulty.
