Incorrect size listed cost me a LOT of time and money.
I purchased this partly because the size when I purchased it was listed as 30" x 21"x 21". That's wrong. It's 30x21x24-1/2. That's OK, I was able to get it installed anyway. Then I found out that I needed a Dragonfly kit to make it work with my non-communicating furnace, That's OK,...just another $150 and more time. All the instructions & installation are geared toward everything being communicating.Then it turns out that the Dragonfly kit is only for AL2 mitigation, and not for system control. Now I have to remove this and replace it with something else that will actually work, and it's no longer returnable. I'm told that this unit will only work with an inverter side discharge outdoor unit. I thought that I did enough research before buying this unit, but the size being incorrectly listed and the lack of info on what it was and wasn't compatible with really cost me. I would recommend it only to someone who had better access to more accurate information than I had.
