Decent unit, has held up well
I have one of these that has held up well since install in 2007. I've replaced the pressure switch, the exhaust fan motor, and just recently cleaned the flame sensor after it was failing the startup routine, but otherwise never had it professionally serviced. Still running great.

I would purchase again!
I have had this unit since Feb 2009, it's now Aug 2024 and just replaced Capacitor. That's the only thing that has been changed. Never had a PM done. I cleaned the outer coils once a year. Over 15 years says a lot!

My unit still in service trouble free since 2009
I am not sure why others have had problems, however ours has been in service since 2009 without not one problem. We have it regularly serviced every 1 to 2 years including having the evaporator coil cleaned even though we use a high quality air filters and change the monthly.

service people doctored it until the warranty ran out . .Not pleased with a unit that can only hold up for 5 years . .
