Higharc 2-Spray Pull-Out Sprayer (Steel Optic), 88658860

The original comparable part had much more pressure. This is just adequate.

I purchased this item (#88658860) a new Hansgrohe kitchen faucet pull out sprayer as a replacement for our kitchen faucet. When we received it, the item was brand new though once installed it failed to work properly. The center sprayer section would suddenly burst out and land in the sink! The center section would not stay in place because of the rubber washer which was a fraction way too big to not allow the center section to screw in all the way. Called Supply House and explained everything, was told that they send a new replacement. Well once we received the replacement, open the package and well the new replacement is not new but USED! The item clearly shows that it was probably an item that was sent back by a customer and they just shelved it and then sent it to me as a replacement!? After that I told my wife forget Supply House I'am not going to call back again! (Maybe that's what Supply House wants from customers to do?). I am extremely disappointed in Supply House service and return method's and practices! I will NEVER give my business to Supply House and will tell everyone that I know about my experience.

The kitchen pull out sprayer is an exact replacement for our kitchen sprayer.
