Great customer service
I ordered 5 register 821 units but after ordering I realized that I ordered the 10" x 6" units by mistake instead of the 10" x 4" that I required. Now you would think that's easy enough, just get on the phone and call...But, I am a disabled veteran with No Voice, so I used the Chat function and hoped someone would be able to assist me. I was very pleasantly surprised that I was able to correct the order right away before shipping had occurred. Not many companies would respond that quickly and correctly in a professional and pleasant manner. I received the correct product in the time frame they stated. It was easy to replace the old registers with the new and they fit perfectly.

Disappointed
It was my impression that the vents could be adjusted in any which position to blow air in a particular direction. Maybe mine is defective but the vents can only be open or closed and nothing in between. So I can not make it blow warm air down and to the left to warm the area where my mechanic works in our shop.

Supply register worked fine but the mechanical blades didn't open to a full 90 degrees. This was an issue for the customer

Fits great, but doesn't open or close well
Fits great and happy with the look (especially given it's not a super common size). Given the price, I wish it was easier to open/close. It's pretty stiff but I probably won't mess with it too much so it's OK

This is a good product and I have used this brand for years. I chose this brand because of how I liked it, however they changed how they make their joints and unforutnately they cut some corners.

Great product at a great price
Registers are really good quality and well priced. Only problem was about half of my order was missing the screws for mounting. Half had them in the package and half did not. I bought 12 of them and 6 did not have screws included.
