Great return grille
This was a brand new grille to replace the old, rusty, smoky grille that covered the ceiling opening. It had a great, bright white finish and was individually wrapped. It is a metal grille and has the screws in the package. Great product for an even better price! I shopped the big box stores and found this cheaper by A LOT at supply house even after I paid for the shipping. Great product, great service, shipped fast. Have used Supply House for a second time already. It will be a regular website I visit for home needs.

Odd Size
Refurbishing a house built in the 1950's that my son just purchased. There happens to be a long cold air return under a large living room window. The one that was there had more coats of paint on it then you could imagine. When looking for a new one, the size was odd. I did find this one on Supply House. Supply House was wonderful on the phone, and with the entire order process. As far as the vent, it was a bit flimsy. That was disappointing. However it does work, so that is good.

Big Mistake I Made Buying This
I needed to cover up a hole in a soffit and installed this grill on the ceiling using the holes on the ends and the enclosed screws. Once it was installed I noticed it bowed in the middle and left a gap between the grill and the sheetrock. This grill is very flimsy and should not be use horizontally. I can't comment on how it might work on a wall but it is not suited for ceiling mount IMO.

Very odd size uncommon size. Supply House was the only place i found these grills at a decent price. I've made multiple purchases over the last year for a multi-million dollar project. Supply House has always had stock on hand available to ship. Life savers.

very odd shaped vent
Only place where I found a large qty of an uncommon size vent. I really thought I was going to have to have them fabricated. Supply House came threw in a huge way!

Q: how many slots openings are there in each panel in the 30" x 4" (Wall Opening Size) White Return Air Grille (650 Series). It looks like there are 12 in the picture but that doesn't seem possible given the height of this product. Thanks

Q: my hvac duct opening is 24" horizontal by 14" vertical. Is the horizontal dimension the "length" and the vertical dimension the "width" per your ordering requirements? The brochure on your website specifies by length and height so I just wanted to clarify before ordering.
