Right part for the job.
My furnace flue had the incorrect elbow installed so I needed a Hart & Cooley elbow to match the rest of the flue pipe.

Easy Connection
Purchased Hart and Cooley Type B vent system because of the connection method especially for the 90 degree sections. The Hart and Cooley system is push in until the outside circular band can slide over the four locks to keep the section locked in place. After the 90 degree sections were in the correct position, I did not have to twist the connection to lock thereby offsetting the original position or compensate before connecting. Used hi temp sealant on the bends and connections to help seal but did not use the sealant on the locking band or the 4 locking tabs. Worked the same way for the vent pipe and T section. Align, insert and lock, no compensation for twisting to lock the system together.
