Excellent product.
Arrived damaged, had to straighten both ends to use it. This was not a difficult fix and easier and quicker than returning it. You might want to consider better packing for the heavier pipe.

Fast and easy to install
These are great flue stacks. Easy to install and work great. Watch for damage during shipping, we had a few dents but fortunately it was a hidden commercial job.

Well done
This was a straight forward purchase, that will be used in a mother-in-law dwelling. It came well within the allotted time frame. The only problem we experienced was that when it arrived it was badly dented. We were able to straighten it sufficiently for use. When we ordered another length of it, we mentioned the condition of the first order. Customer service was good and to make up for the previous problem, they did not charge shipping on the second order. I would do business with them again!

Nicely crafted product, too big
The craftsmanship is very well made, product is solid, not cheaply made as in other stacks I have seen.
