5/8" Drain Hose Tube, 1014359

This 5/8" Drain Hose Tube p/n: 1014359 is supposed to be OEM Brand Heil Quaker and is the correct drain hose tube for my gas furnace. This drain hose is not anywhere near a 90 degree elbow and the installation manual and setup of my furnace requires a 90 degree elbow end. This drain tube hose elbow is more like 45 degrees and the elbow end is cut too short as if it were cut by hand is not cut evenly and is at least one quarter inch short in length on the elbow end. When attaching this hose to the KK drain trap 5 eights inch end there is not enough drain hose tube material is too short and does not allow the clamp to clamp the rubber hose and will never seal properly to the KK trap nipple. I don't know where this part is made but if certainly passed engineering specifications and quality control by ICP, Heil Quaker OEM manufacturing plant, ICP desperately needs to rethink their process and recall these hoses that are getting out to customers such as myself. ICP Heil Quaker clearly is failing I emailed them with this issue and they stated they do not ship products to customers. This wall thickness of this part also has areas of voided material in which the wall thickness is thin, defective. In other words I will have additional out of pocket expense in original box twenty dollars to send back this hose to suppplyhouse unless supplyhouse will pay for return shipping and free shipping back to me of a reorder. I need to talk with supplyhouse about this defective part.
