Is your furnace tripping on "Pressure switch open..." ?
If your high efficiency furnace is mounted horizontally and it is tripping on "Pressure switch open when should be closed" it could be a result of condensate entrapment at the Drain Trap Tee P/N 1171916. Even though the condensate line is clear, if this trap if not functioning properly it can cause the tripping. To check, drill a few holes in the bottom of the trap and put a pan beneath it. If water pours out & your furnace now works, you know the issue. This part was my solution and fit perfectly.

Exactly what I needed
Used this trap on a 90% Tempstar Furnace and it was exactly what I needed. Still need to pipe out from it with 1/2" cpvc.
