Wrong product two times in a row
I called and made sure this product had a brown sheath and was assured it was. I received a hot water tank element the first time and had to send pictures to prove it was not my roll of wire, once i proved this a new order was sent and when it arrive it was a white sheath, could not use white so it was a waste of money and time !

Product not as promised
I first ordered this wire and was told it had a brown sheath, when I received the order they had send me a hot water heater element so I called and had to send a picture to prove it was not my roll of wire, I was then shipped my roll of wire and it arrived with a white sheath. Highly Disappointed !

Fast shipping and great quality
I was shorted 2 T's and the wire I ordered came white (pictured brown) so I will have to paint what will be exposed. Overall, the experience was great with just a few setbacks... the value makes up for this
