Good product. Great customer service!
They had the exact filter to fit our older furnace and the price was good. I ordered them and when they arrived (very quickly) the box looked like it had been in a fight, all bent and smashed right were it said FRAGILE. The was a lot of extra space but the filters were still bent. I contacted the supply house and they replaced them and shipped immediately. I received them the next day. Excellent company to deal with.

Frame very thin and flimsy
The shipping from Supply House was incredibly fast, no issues there. But the metal of the frame of this filter is incredibly thin and bends far too easily. Compared to the older filters I was replacing (also Honeywell branded, to my knowledge) the quality has gone way down. I had to bend the frame back into shape and tuck the edges of the filter material back inside the frame, and could do it easily with my fingers. I am concerned that pulling the filter out for cleaning is going to mean the filter just falls apart.

Highly satisfied despite snags ....
We'd not worked with Supply House in the past but their website showed they had the product we appeared to need and we ordered. After the tracking number showed a delay with no further information after several weeks, we reported the item lost and SH quickly sent a replacement which proved to be exactly what we wanted. We will check their site among our top five for similar products when the need arises.

This was the best price when I was able to bundle it with another filter for free shipping. Honeywell Store was cheaper, but wanted $19.95 for shipping which made it more expensive.
