Make sure you order all needed pieces for pad tray holder
The parts I ordered are fine but I talked to a representative to confirm the pad holder frame and nozzle would work for our model and she confirmed it would but I think she should've asked me if I also needed the top tray piece after I told her we accidentally threw out the pad holder frame. She did not and it wasn't until we went to install it that we realized we were still missing a part. I also think it should all be sold together as well as individually for instances like ours.

I would buy this product again -- but hope not to need to...
The fit was perfect for our whole-house humidifier unit. (Not an easy part to identify by description when searching for it, but we were pleased that it exists and was easily ordered).

Great product and company
Accidentally tossed everything that went with my Honeywell furnace humidifier. Had to order frame, distribution tray and feed. Shopped online for hours and PexSupply had the best price. The delivery was excellent and I even called customer service first and they were very helpful in making sure I was ordering the right parts. I would highly recommend this product and company.
