Excellent customer support from SupplyHouse
When I received a circuit board for a Honeywell HE300 humidifier and it did not work, I was dismayed and requested a return authorization. SupplyHouse asked no questions and sent to me a pre-paid return label and then shipped out a replacement. It turned out that there was a miniscule dip switch - which I hadn't recognized - that needed to be set correctly. When I did that the second board worked nicely, so the first board was likely fine.
I am most impressed by and appreciate the unquestioning customer support from SupplyHouse and look forward to future business with them.

will last about one season
This solenoid goes in a honeywell humidifier, it will fail after about one season of use. I have already put 3 in my humidifer already, buy 2 and keep one as a spare.

Previous owner did not have water softener and we have hard water. Valve jammed. Replaced with this part and a small online sediment water filter.

Looked for replacement part and was about to buy from the big online rainforest store but have a hard time trusting it for official one parts. Have hard water, got a water softener a few years back but the deposits locked up the selenoid on our Honeywell he300 humidifier. Looked for replacement part and was about to buy from the big online rainforest store but have a hard time trusting it for official one parts.
