Replaced a Johnson controls G776RGD-11 Perfectly
I had a Lenix G 20 furnace that would run and shut off after a few minutes. Replace the flame sensor but it's still had the same issue. Replaced the Johnson controls G776RGD-11 63K2401 intermittent pilot ignition control with this ICM2901 . I had to cut the terminals off of M.V. 3 MP.D. 1 and has a crimp on larger terminals as these were wider on the ICOM then they were on the Johnson Controls unit. Also had to add a wire to go from the grounding block to a ground on the furnace. Make these three modifications and it's a perfect fit furnace started right up and is working correctly now.

Good Replacement Controller
Works Fine. Only difference from O.E. is that 2 wire terminals must be replaced. Bigger than Factory Part.

Delivery Was fast, Priced right. Installation was straight forward, unit performs as expected. I had to replace I believe the # 8 wire female connector with a larger (250) size. It would have been convienient to have the larger female connecter included with the ICM2902 Intermittent Pilot Ignition Control (24V) kit for the replacement of/on a Johnson Control Module, It's All Good Though, Thank You RP

product works great. I could not give it a 5 star for one reason only, I ordered my first one and it failed after a month. but I realized sometimes a part will fail. Customer service was great! I called to report the issue and a new one was sent out that day, overnight, and at no cost to me. Very happy with everything. thank you!
