Do Not Buy - Dispenser Failure
This cheaply made/poorly designed dispenser began leaking after about a year and completely failed around 2 years (warranty is 1 year). Do yourself a favor and buy better quality than Insinkerator ... unless you enjoy replacing.

The tenants really appreciate having instant hot water for cooking and making hot drinks without heating water in the microwave.
