The Perfect Solution
I used it where the hole in the sub floor had been cut too large for the closet shoe to be anchored. There wasn't any access to the crawlspace under the bathroom so a repair had to be made from the finished bathroom. The clamshell design allowed me to position it perfectly and the slots made it easy to mount. I predrilled all the hole required to make driving the stainless screws easier. The toilet is now rock solid. I've been a professional plumber for over 32 years and I've seen lots of repair parts that didn't live up to their promises, but this one sure did. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You
