Could never get it - gave up after 4 tries
I bought it to pair with a 1/2" barb x 3/8" NPT male fitting to create a 3/8" x 1/2" hose coupler. The male fitting came in correctly, but they kept sending the wrong female fitting in 1/2" NPT. After 4 attempts and 4 of the same wrong fittings, I gave up and got a refund. I then ordered a 1/2" barb x 1/2" male NPT to go with one of the incorrect parts they sent. They got that right and I got what I needed in the end. Just a lot of headaches in between. I told them after the second wrong order they had their parts mislabeled or mis-binned, but they still couldn't get it right. They should have been able to figure it out.
