Access doors shall be Karp Type HANDI-ACCESS as manufactured by Karp Associates, Inc., Melville, N.Y. Sizes shall be as indicated on the drawings.
The Handi-Access plastic door is suitable for all surfaces and can be installed easily by applying glue or caulking adhesive to the back of the frame and pressing into place.

Exactly as advertised...
The product worked great for a large access into wall. Once painted to match the wall it is hardly noticeable! My wife walked past it for days until I asked her what she thought. Supply House packaged the item so well that there was no way we the item could be damaged in shipping! Very impressed!

Good for the price.
This did require hiring a carpenter to cut sheet rock and install in order to be flat on the wall. Decided to keep after learning return shipping was about equal to my original order price. Just be sure someone can get to the area to install and that they will fit. Labor for installing 2 doors was $100. They are in my closet and am happy with the final look..

Good product
Works great, looks good. I installed in a ceiling, used white caulk to glue it up. Due to a couple irregularities in the ceiling I used clamps while it cured. Door and hinges work well.

AcuDor Access Panel is MUCH Batter than the Handi-Access
I purchased both the AcuDor access panel and the Handi-Access access panel. The AcuDor has much better hinges and latches than the Handi-Access access panel.

I like the price tag. I like the material it is made with.
But it's going to hard to frame in. I don't think it
is not going to easily attach to the frame because
it's inside the frame is very short and close. So
screwing up and keeping from warping is going
to be tough.
