Design is flawed.
The backside of the cartridge utilizes two provided o-rings that make contact with the back of the brass valve body. The o-rings are intended to sit inside a recessed area of the cartridge. Although, the inner perimeter of the recessed area does not provide 360 degree support like the OEM cartridge. As a result, outer pressure pushes the o-ring into the cartridge breaking the o-ring seal. This creates enough leakage through the valve to cause the shower head to constantly drip when valve is closed. This product is not usable.
