Found an incredibly difficult part to find, here with this supplier. Shipping was quick and customer service was great! They were quick to respond, helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

I admittedly hardly know anything about plumbing repairs. Our water started coming out of the shower head and I panicked. Took apart the handle/insides and discovered the notches on the old piece broke, rendering our handle useless- it wouldn't turn the water off. This piece is so outdated, none of the local hardware stores sell it (found out after going to several to no avail). After researching and finally figuring out what piece this was and the brands it is used for, i stumbled across this site. This is exactly what I needed and was cheaper than most sites I found. Swapped out the old with the new, turned the water back on and our shower now works perfectly. No need to call a plumber and spend hundreds on a job that took 30 minutes, tops. Ordered on Wednesday and was delivered by Friday. Very impressed with the shipping and cost and will definitely use this site again if needed in the future (hope not for a good while).

Bought this replacement part to fix a leak. Plastic arrived misshapen and had to literally carve it out to make it fit. Took a professional plumber several attempts with a knife and screwdriver to get it to fit properly and stop the leak.

Most of my properties used Delta products but this one was a real challenge, one it wasn't a Delta as I thought when I took this unit apart. I had to go to a few parts store before I found someone who used an app Google took a picture of the valve and it tells me what parts is made from. Price was very reasonable from SupplyHouse, parts fit as it should.
