Cheaper and they work
I didn't have any leaks or tweaked handles like the other reviewer had. I installed and removed them several times in my troubleshooting the bad Kissler seats (definitely get genuine seats). Though there were no leaks and they turned easy and smooth without it, I went ahead and used silicone grease on the last install on the o-rings to make me feel better.
For what it is worth on this one, the base is 0.55mm deeper than the original Delta cartridges, but that didn't seem to make any functional difference after putting on the sleeve/escutcheon.

Would not ever purchase again
Purchased because of the cost.
They leak around the shaft, and the handle doesn't secure square (tilted).
10 out of 10 bad.
