Got it right, eventually.
They did ship the correct part initially, the problem was when we received the part it was shattered on one end. We reached out to get for a return and replacement. Second order was the correct part with no damage.

Perfect Replacement
Perfect replacement for my unit, and crazy fast shipping! The metal axle on the old fan assembly had started to come loose from where it was fused into the plastic housing causing the unit to make a loud rattle / bumping sound. This wheel is perfectly balanced and my unit is now totally silent again :-D
