Worked and fixed mini split issue.
Mini split was giving a comm failure between inside and outside and stopped working. Everything else was perfect, and these are somewhat known to have issues. Replaced the board and the unit is back up and running. house has a whole home surge suppressor but I also added an additional one at the disconnect.
