Quiet and works
I am a custom home builder and I purchase this unit through supply house. 10 months later we installed it and it had a factory defect. I reached out to supply house and they immediately issued a replacement and had it on my job site within the week. I will continue to do business with supply house because of their level of service. I think it was just a fluke that the heat pump had a factory defect.
