This R410A unit is no longer manufactured as per the AIM Act of 2020. While replacement parts are available for repairs, a new unit will require replacing the entire system to support the new A2L R32 refrigerant.

The indoor unit is rated at 36volts DC and the outdoor unit is rated at 115 volts.
The condensor (outside unit) takes 110v. The inside unit is powered by the condensor.
The inside unit uses low voltage wire (solid # 18 bell wire) so I would assume it is DC.
The included remote control adjusts the temperature setting and controls operation. You have the option to purchase a wireless wall-mounted thermostat (part DFSWLWT0A) separately.
You can refer to our mini-split calculator ( http://www.pexsupply.com/pex/control/MiniSplitCalculator?intcmp=calc;minisplit-cat ) for sizing recommendations. The higher the SEER/EER ratings are for a system, the more efficient it is.
9,000 BTU's will usually be enough for somewhere in the neighborhood of 300 square feet in spaces with standard ceiling heights and normal insulation. With SIP insulation you certainly will not need as many BTU's, but the only way to get an exact measurement would be to perform a heat loss calculation.
The unit draws 10.5 amps.
