Half baked
I shelled out the cash for this because I thought it would work like my ecobee, but have the functionality of the LG simple wired remote. Good luck connecting this to the thinq app, I was never successful. You don't have access to all of the settings. And, the software is buggy. Don't waste your money. Get the wifi module that connects to your indoor unit to connect to thinq and stick with the stock thermostat.

This controller is not ready for use.
Just tried to install this controller at a customer's home. Touch screen does not respond. After an hour of effort I finally got the air handler to come on. It turned itself off after one minute. After two more hours of effort the next day I finally got it to work by by unplugging the controller cable from the air handler circuit board, waiting 3 minutes and then reconnecting. Tried calling LG but they never answered. This product is not worth over $300!
