Part received was not what the picture showed online and would not work for our boiler. Started up a live chat and OMG the response was FANTASTIC! I dealt with Travis and he want above and beyond on helping me! He kept asking for more pictures of not only the item that was ordered, but pictures of the item we currently have along with model/serial number of the boiler we are trying to fix. He never gave us and was encouraging that I would end up with the correct part. He also is working to make sure that the product online is the correct one and that nothing is advertised incorrectly. Truly AMAZING help all around!!
