It is hard to find parts for an older furnace.
I have a 30+ years old hot air furnace heating a detached workshop. No surprise finding parts when needed is sometimes a problem. SupplyHouse has always come through with great service, reasonable prices and good service. The flame sensor was a direct replacement.
