The product is great, however
The board is working as expected, my issue is that I paid over $200, just to be sent an empty box. After I submitted the claim, it was 3days later that I received an email stating another package is on its way. No "in between" email with an apology or anything. Just kinda left in the dark, while my house and family froze waiting for the board for my furnace. Pretty shady SupplyHouse.
