20 x 25 x 5 Air Bear Media Filter, X1152

The product arrived in a box that looked appropriate for the size of the item. However, when I opened the box, the filter was in a contracted state and you needed to expand it manually to pull it to the correct size. This was a little confusing since there were no alerts, while ordering, that it would arrive condensed. It also didn't make sense to ship in a box with so much wasted space. I then had trouble fitting it into the frame cage for the furnace. I don't know - just disappointed with the experience. The product itself does seem to be good quality.

The 20 x 25 x 5 is an exact fit for our system. The quality of this filter is "second to none" and provides months of clean use. Although these filters can long much longer, we choose to change them every four months during the summer due to the excessive humidity in Florida.
